I was impressed by the amount of detail you used in the first poster and the way it was orderly presented. The font is well represented and the repetition of the circle creates a unified composition.
It looks like you knew the assignment for today already with the cropping, but i like the way it was done. I like how you zoomed in on the specific are. It breaks it down for the viewer and makes it easy to understand. I def think the first composition is your strongest.
I think the first idea is your strongest. I would align the left side of the composition to give it more balance though. The second almost has too much going on with the crossing color bars and type. However, it uses color nicely.
I like the cropping of your letters. It gives it a sense of liveliness. And until I clicked the image, I did not see the background filled with the alphabet repeated over and over. That is a really awesome yet subtle detail.
Well, my favorite it the third one. I like the symbols used as graphic elements. I think the way you incorporated the italic and bold options with the standard typeface was a nice bonus. The color choice is also successful because the light colored background helped emphasize the specific information. Overall, they all look well done and sophisticated.
I like all of them all I think you have some nice compositions that really break down the font, they are very clean and not over crowded, I also like the textural elements that you have in your backgrounds!!!
I think the third composition is the strongest out of the three.. It still shows off the characteristics, without being as busy as the first two. I think the size contrast adds a lot of visual interest, and I really like how you zoom in or 'magnify' certain traits of the character, as well as show the letter in bold and in caps. You really give a lot of info about your font in just a few simple arrangements on the page, which is why I think it isn't only visually appealing, but informative too! Nice work:)
